Advisory
I work with a handful of companies a year, and I choose them.
Not a consultancy. Not an agency. One person who has built, directed and sold inside regulated markets, lending that judgement to a few founders and owners at a time, with working systems as the deliverable.
- → Owner-led, £1m–£20m revenue, or funded and pre-scale
- → A regulated market or a compliance-driven buyer
- → A founder who wants to be less needed, not more
- → Decisions made in one room, fast
Mandates I take on
- 01
Digital transformation with AI
The whole company, not one tool. Sales, operations, reporting and compliance rebuilt as AI-run systems your team oversees rather than operates. I bring the method I use across my own five companies and the engineers to ship it.
Shape: 12–16 week programme, then a monthly operating cadenceYou get: running software, the playbook, a trained team - 02
UK market entry for international companies
Company setup, licensing, hiring, go-to-market and the first year of operating, in any sector. Regulated healthcare is where I've done it as the director on the paperwork, so that is where I go deepest.
Shape: entry plan in 4 weeks, then hands-on through launchYou get: a UK entity that is open, compliant and selling - 03
Investor readiness
The narrative, the numbers and the operating evidence investors actually look for, assembled before anyone is pitched. Then, when the company is ready, introductions to the right people rather than a spray of decks.
Shape: 6–8 weeks to a data room and a story that holdsYou get: materials, rehearsal, warm introductions - 04
Board and advisory seats
For companies between Türkiye and the UK, or building where regulation creates the market. I take two or three at a time and show up to every meeting with the numbers read.
Shape: monthly board or quarterly advisoryYou get: an operator's view, not a spectator's
How it starts
Three steps, no proposal theatre.
- 01A 30-minute callYou describe the business and the thing that isn't working. I tell you honestly whether I'm the right person. Half the time I'm not, and I'll say who is.
- 02A paid diagnosticTwo weeks inside your numbers, systems and team. You get a written view of what to do, in what order, whether or not we continue.
- 03The mandateScoped from the diagnostic, with a start date, an end date and a definition of done that a system either meets or doesn't.
Questions people ask first
- Do you take equity instead of fees?
- Sometimes, for board roles and UK entry mandates where I'm effectively a co-founder for a year. Never as a substitute for a company being able to pay.
- Are you an investor?
- I sit on the side of the table that helps companies become investable and meet the right investors. I co-invest selectively alongside people I've introduced.
- Do you work outside the UK and Türkiye?
- Yes. I've run work in thirty-plus countries. The UK-entry mandate is UK-specific; the rest is not.
- Who does the actual building?
- My team at B4Mind, with AI doing the repetitive work. I design the system and stay accountable for it running.
