Speaking & press
I speak from what I run, with the numbers.
Keynotes, panels, podcasts and interviews in English or Turkish. No slides about the future of AI; working systems, real figures, and what went wrong on the way.
Talks
Four talks, each one built on a company I run.
- 01 · 30–45 min · leadership, foundersSystems that don't need you: designing out key-person riskThe one-month test, the judgement-vs-repetition rule, and what changed across five companies when the founder stopped being the system.
- 02 · 30 min · marketing, agenciesWhen the buyer asks AI: generative engine optimisation for real businessesWhat four AI engines actually recommend when asked the questions buyers ask, measured monthly, and the levers that move the answer.
- 03 · 30–45 min · leadership, management teamsLeading when the machines do the repetitionWhat a manager's job becomes once AI takes the routine work: judgement, accountability and coaching, and how to measure whether people actually changed rather than whether they enjoyed the training.
- 04 · 20–30 min · brand, psychologyThe psychology of the buyer, twenty years on from the brand workshopWhat a Master's in psychology, a decade of agency work and a dental clinic taught me about how people actually decide.
